Privacy Policy

SevenMinutePlus collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. It never connects to the internet, so no information about you or your workouts is transmitted anywhere — not to us, and not to anyone else.
Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information, and it has no way to send information off your device.
What the app stores on your device
So that the app remembers how you left it, a small amount of information is saved locally on your device using the standard iOS settings storage:
- Any custom workouts you build — their names, exercises, and timings
- Whether the warm-up is switched on
- Whether the metronome and coach voice are muted
- Which coach voice you selected, if you chose a specific one
- Whether you have seen the introduction, and whether you asked not to be reminded again about installing a better voice
This stays on your device. It is not a profile, it is not shared, and it is not visible to us. Deleting the app removes all of it.
No tracking, no third parties
SevenMinutePlus contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party software kits of any kind. Nothing in the app observes what you do with it.
Permissions
The app requests no permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or health data.
The coach voice
Spoken cues are produced on your device by Apple's built-in speech feature. The app passes short phrases such as an exercise name to iOS to be spoken aloud. Choosing and downloading voices happens in the iOS Settings app, and is handled entirely by Apple — the app only reads the list of voices already installed on your device.
Device backups
If you back up your device to iCloud or to a computer, that backup is made by iOS and may include the app's locally stored settings, along with everything else on your device. That backup belongs to you and is governed by Apple's terms, not ours. The app itself sends nothing.
Children
Because the app collects no information from anyone, it collects no information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
